PHP-Mysql extension

I have installed suse 10 with apache and php but i forgot to install mysql.

While working with project it gives

" mysql extension not installed"

error.

So later i installed php-mysql extension using yast. It automatically puts the

lib file mysql.so under

/usr/local/lib/php5/extensions directory.

This path is already there under php.ini file.

After restarting apache , my sites are working well.
